New managers
Morten and Peter have many years of experience of running hotels and restaurants in the region and will spare no effort in ensuring that Hjorths Hotel and Kokholms Hotel continue to fulfil the expectations of their guests.
We have just begun a major renovation of the property with great respect for the original that is characteristic of the venue.
We are also in the process of putting our organisation into place with both new and existing employees.
We will focus our efforts on a total experience in peaceful surroundings, consummate cuisine and obliging and service-oriented staff
