Location
You’ll find Hjorths Hotel and Kokholms Hotel immediately north of Europe’s biggest desert, Råbjerg Mile. Approximately 70,000 square metres of the dune area still belong to Hjorths Hotel, which along with Kokholms Hotel is situated in the former fishing and farming community of Kandestederne – just a few hundred metres from a lovely sandy bathing beach. Skagen Skagen is only 16 kilometres away – close enough for a quick trip into the town, yet at the same time far enough away for a blissful peace and quiet to always pervade the hotels.
Kandestederne Kandestederne was established as a small community some 300 years ago ... few hundred metres from a lovely sandy bathing beach.
